Tofu with King Prawn



Ingredients:

8 king prawns - remove the shells.

1 block tofu - cut into small prisms

2 mushrooms - slice

2 cloves of garlic - peel and chop into small pieces

1 teaspoon Kikkoman soy sauce

Salt & 1 tablespoon oil

For 1 person

Cooking:

1) Season the king prawns with salt. Keep aside for around 15 minutes.

2) Heat one tablespoon of oil in the non-stick pan.

3) Add in garlic and tofu. Fry them until the surface of tofu turns slight yellowish. However, no necessary all tofu surfaces turn yellowish.

4) Add in sliced mushrooms and fry them altogether for a while.

5) Add in king prawns and fry until the prawns just done.

6) Lastly, add one teaspoon Kikkoman soy sauce and quick fry until the soy sauce distributed evenly. Turn off the heat.

Serve hot.
